How to Use the Digital Signature Tool
Create a personal digital signature that you can use in documents, emails, and PDFs. This tool is simple, fast, and works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Step 1: Draw Your Signature
Using your mouse, trackpad, or finger (on a touchscreen device), draw your signature in the white box provided. Don't worry if it's not perfect on the first try!
Step 2: Customize Your Pen
Use the controls at the bottom to adjust the look of your signature:
- Color: Click the palette icon to open the color picker and select your desired pen color. Black or dark blue are standard choices.
- Pen Thickness: Adjust the slider to make the line thicker or thinner. A thickness between 2px and 4px usually looks best.
Step 3: Clear or Download
Once you have finished drawing, you have two options:
- Clear: If you're not happy with your signature, click the trash can icon to clear the canvas and start over.
- Download: When you're satisfied, click the "Download" button. Your signature will be saved as a PNG image with a transparent background, making it easy to place on any document.
